Is This The World’s Toughest Plyometric Workout?

I came across this video last night. Even though it’s only around 47 seconds, it looks tough (even for me and I have been doing Plyometric routines since a while now). Whoever said jumping around is easy, needs to check this out.

For the uninitiated, Plyometric training is an intense, advanced form of exercise in which the muscles are first stretched, then contracted (the pre-stretching makes the muscle contract with greater force). Plyometric movements are powerful and high-impact and sportspersons from a range of sports use plyometric training to help them reach peak physical condition. Used correctly, it can be a highly effective form of power training.

I am going to try this today. Why don’t you as well and let me know whether you liked it?
