
Refreshing and purging, this parsley and kale smoothie is perfect for summer as it hydrates and cleanses the entire body.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley along with the leaves and stems.
- 4 kale leaves. Remove the centre ribs.
- 1 cup frozen berries such as strawberries or raspberries for taste.
- 1 banana chopped.
- 1 teaspoon crushed flaxseed
How To:
Purée all the above stuff in a blender with about one cup of water and drink!
