Recipe: Fruit Tea

So I decided to try something new. But something simple. Tea with an edge and maybe an interesting flavor. And since at that moment of inspiration, I had only 4 raspberries in my fridge, it created this recipe. Or rather a delicious, soothing drink.

You may call this a herbal drink, but I prefer the term ‘Fruit Tea’. It just sounds better, doesn’t it?

How to:

  • Take some berries and brew it in water for about 20 min. About one glass of water should do.
  • You can choose from strawberries, blackberries, blueberries.
  • After brewing, transfer the liquid in a mixer and mix for about 30 seconds.
  • Strain it.

There, you have a nice cuppa nontraditional tea. This goes well with Biscotti and Fleetwood Mac.
