
This recipe is so simple that it can be made by a 5 year old. But it’s also so tasty that you should instruct him / her to make two of it. Great way to get your child interested in food, won’t you agree?
You will need:
- Two slices of Gluten free bread
- One Sliced tomatoes
- Lettuce leaves
- Zucchini slices
- Sauce of your choice: I chose low cal mayonnaise with two one spoon of barbeque sauce for flavoring the ham.
Method
Just slap all the ingredients together, put salt and pepper with the sauce and done. Voila! Psstt…if you like crunchy textures, toast the bread.
