I tend to suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and many times I get so tired that I can’t get out of bed. Usually when the syndrome’s hit, I have to extra careful about what I eat and when. To tackle this ailment, I started drinking this Chia Seed Green Smoothie and it has helped me a lot! Besides tackling fatigue, all the goodness of chia ensures that I stay full and away from junk food. The plus point, it’s super easy to make. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Put everything in a mixer / blender and blend at high speed for 2 min until smooth. Drink immediately.
