Summer is here! Nothing beats the summer heat than easy and light recipes and this Avacado and cucumber soup is exactly that. Takes 2 min to prepare, this recipe will keep you cool and full.


  1. 2 chopped Cucumbers chopped
  2. 2 Small Avocados, cut into small pieces
  3. ¼ spoon lemon juice
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 Tsp. Sea Salt
  6. ½ Tsp. Black Pepper


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper if needed. Chill the soup for an hour before serving.
