I always struggle with finding interesting breakfast meals. How many egg whites and chia seeds can one have, right? The same applies to the 4 pm slump when out of sheer hunger and desperation, I end up guzzling coffee with a toast. But that never ends w8 pm. That never works out for me because I end of exhausted and drained by 8 pm.
That’s why I created this fabulously simple smoothie which also all my favourite ingredients ( yes, chocolate!) Also, I can’t stand green smoothies because let’s be honest, honest, it tastes like liquid grass. But not this smoothie…man oh man. I have gotten addicted to this gluten free and vegan drink which takes less than one minute to prepare. No kidding!
This is how you make it.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 pieces of dark chocolate
- 2 teaspoon of soaked chia seeds
Method:
Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
