GREEN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
- 1 Green apple
- 1-inch piece Ginger root
- One large Broccoli stem
- 3 Kale leaves
- 1 Cucumber
Method:
Cut produce to fit your juicer. Start by juicing the apple and finish with the cucumber. Drink as soon as possible.
ANTIOXIDANT ENERGY BOOSTING SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened Coconut or Almond milk
- 1 cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Baby Spinach
- One teaspoon Indian Gooseberry extract (optional)
- One tablespoon Flaxseed
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice cubes and process until smooth.
MORNING ENERGY COCKTAIL DRINK
Ingredients:
- Two medium carrots
- ½ small Beet, with leaves
- One small Cucumber
- One handful Spinach or several chard leaves
- ½ Lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece Ginger root, scrubbed
Method:
Cut all ingredients to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice all ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.
