I do this workout twice a week ( yes, that much is enough) and the results are phenomenal. Try it out and I am sure you will love it too. Oh by the way, mix this up with some cardio or strength training for even better results.
This is my routine:
- 5 min warm
- 15 low squats
- 15 push ups
- 200 skips on a skipping rope
- I repeat the above set 4 times
- 5-Minute Standing Flat-Belly Workout
