Summer is upon us and besides the scorching heat, the weather also bestows upon us dehydration and fatigue.

Feeling tired and drained is something we all have experienced very frequently, especially since we all lead a hectic lifestyle. And the summer season makes it so much worse. The heat, humidity, traffic, noise, pollution, no wonder most of us feel like a limp noodle at the end of the day.

But then there’s this fatigue beating smoothie. Made from the magical beetroot and many other things which soooooo good for you, just have this every morning and you will have so much energy throughout the day.

Method

Put everything in the blender and blend until sooth. Simple!

Btw, chia seeds is great if you are dealing with anxiety.
