Hunger Is Good For You— Here’s Why

A daily fasting schedule can transform your physical and mental health in more ways you can imagine.

How long can you go without eating? For many, the slightest pang of hunger spells doom. They get irritable, cranky, fatigued and annoying. If you are one of those people for whom eating 3 meals a day and snacking in between is normal, then I suggest that you watch this video.

Intermittent Fasting Is..

I have been fasting daily for 18 hours since the last 3 months and I have lost 4 kg effortlessly. I have maintained a workout programme ( 45 min HIIT, 5 -6 times per week) and other than that, I just eat whatever I crave. And yes, I don’t touch liquid sugar. By which I mean no coke, Pepsi, bottled lemonade, fruit juice or so. But I daily drink one cup of moon lemonade made from beetroot, baobab, maca, hibiscus, amla, shatavari. This drink helps to balance my hormones and reduces the symptoms of PMS and has been a game-changer!

Going back to Intermittent fasting, yes, everyone is talking about but you need to try it to see how it works for you. Needless to say, it will work for you in some ways or the other and especially, if you want to feel calmer, deepen your meditation and lose some weight along with it. Intermittent fasting daily for 18 hours has also me manage my anxiety and made me more mindful.

So, check out this video which explains the benefits in details. And if you have questions about Intermittent Fasting then write me an email at ptcbdnow@gmail.com or leave a comment!
