Winter is a cosy and fun season, right? The cold weather is comforting on many levels and there is a certain sense of joy in the air. But the truth is, it also brings some harsh physical and mental side effects. For many people, it’s the content feeling of fatigue and seasonal depression. Well, the truth is that the lack of sunlight on cold foggy mornings doesn’t just create a drab atmosphere, they also seem to make us feel dreary, low on energy and a lot more tired.

However, Winter Fatigue can easily be beaten with a healthy winter-time routine. Bear in mind, even as winter recedes and gives way to Spring, the change in weather can aggravate winter blues, tiredness and unpleasant feelings.

Similarly, creating a healthy bedtime routine is especially important in winters.

Turn off the TV and all gadgets to keep information overload at bay, and make time to simply relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep snuggled in your warm bed.
