- 3 cups Water

- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey
- A dash of Cinnamon powder
Bring water to boil and add the ginger. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes so the ginger can release all juices into the water. Add tea leaves, and allow them to steep for 10 minutes. Add in milk and honey and bring to a boil. Strain into a thermos that will keep the tea warm, and add a dash of cinnamon. Sip the tea slowly.
2# Honey Cayenne Tea
