For the longest time, I was a spaghetti girl. When it came to pastas, I would eat only spaghetti and it was the ultimate comfort food for me. But that changed as soon as I discovered the gnocchi. Delicious, decadent, soft and carb haven gnocchi…Well, I pretty much broke up with my sweetheart spaghetti ( I still love it, just not the same way) and once you try this recipe, you will know why.
